Visit Walton-on-the-Naze for a great family friendly day tip! This Essex seaside town is very family friendly. If you are looking for things to do in Walton-on-the-Naze, Parks of Essex highly recommends a playground stop at The Bath House Meadow Playground. This seaside themed and accessible playground has to be the best playground in Walton-on-the-Naze. The Bath House Play Park is located by the beach and close to the Naze Marine Holdiay Park, perfect for Essex staycations!

🛝 What playground equipment is at Bath House Meadow playground?
The play area at Bath House Meadow has so much to offer; slides at different levels, swings, long swings, a trampoline, sand pit and sand digger and even a surf board! There is also winding musical equipment, mirrors and a musical ship wheel.
The playground is fenced off and there are benches. The playground is suitable for all ages. When we visited there were babies, toddlers, big kids and teenagers all engaged and playing happily.
This unique, beach/pirate themed playground is also accessible! There is ramped accessed to the large boat structure. There is also a floor level trampoline and lots of sensory equipment. Directly next to the playground there is lots of open, grassy space where dogs can be walked. There are also beach attractions and shops nearby.

The playground is close to the beach at Walton-on-the-Naze. The beach is just across the road from the playgroud. The beach here is a mix of sand and stone.

No, there no public toilets at Bath House Meadow Playground in Walton-on-the-Naze. Closest public toilets are next to the beach and Kino Amusements, five minutes walk away. These toilets are not accessible and do not have baby change.
