Playgrounds at Great Notley Country Park Play Trail
Along the play trail route there are lots of different play equipment such as a large climb on seesaw, climbing frames, swings, a zip wire, and slides. There is also a play area with slides and little wooden houses.
There is a large sand pit play area, with a rope climbing frame, a slide into the sand and lots of sand equipment including diggers and pulleys.
The variety of play equipment make it suitable for children of all ages.

There is a cafe inside the visitor centre (The Skylark Cafe) with a limited selection of cold food and cold and cold drinks, ice creams. The Skylark Cafe is usually open from 8.30am to 3.30pm on weekends and 9.30am to 3.30pm during the school holidays.

There are often FREE seasonal trails at Great Notley Country Park throughout the school holidays. This October Half Term you can complete the FREE Monster Mysteries Trail. The trail consists of a number of boards with number puzzles for children to complete. The trail is mainly aimed at primary aged children.
